Don't worry: No Harrys were harmed in the making of this documentary, but there is a moment where Harry and his team take a break from producing the album in Jamaica to have a few cocktails. We don't see a lot of the squeaky clean One Direction members drunk, so to see Harry stumble over to the camera before jumping over a bridge into water FULLY clothed was highly refreshing (and funny).
When he says he's going to go and watch a rom-com in his room
It's the simple pleasures for us Harry Styles' fans, like when he tells his crew he's going to his room to watch a rom-com. He did confirm in his Carpool Karaoke that his favourite movie was The Notebook. Be still our beating heart.
When he chops his hair off
When Harry emerged last year having chopped his famous long hair off, he made headlines, and in the film we get to see the actual moment.
"I was always the one with the long hair," Harry tells the camera. "I'd had it for so much of One Direction." A giggly Harry covers his face as a hairdresser friend takes some scissors to his locks, as his mum Anne and her friend look on. It's a moment, and our hearts broke a little bit.
When he takes his clothes off in happiness
You heard that right. There's a moment in the film where Harry talks about first meeting band guitarist Mitch Rowland. Mitch, who couldn't come for the first day as he had a shift at a pizza shop, made quite an impression on Harry when he first got around to playing for him. In the scene where Harry and producers listen to Mitch play a guitar solo, Hazza is so thrilled with the results he strips right down to his pants in happiness. Worth a watch we can assure you.
When he gives Mitch a gift
He then gives Mitch a gift - a handmade guitar - and it's all rather sweet.
When he talks about the inspiration behind Carolina
Speaking about the influence for the song 'Carolina', Harry explains he and the team were having a bit of a creative block. So what did he do? He took a break and went to LA.
"It was the first time in a long time that I'd actually been out and done something, and then came back to the studio and decided to write about that," Harry told us. It's now known that in that time, Harry went on a blind date with 20-year-old Carolina-born student Townes Adair Jones.
The interviewer then asks "Have you seen the girl since?" to which Harry replies, smirking, "I have." When asked if she knows a song has been written about her, he replies "she does not," before pausing and saying "but her name's in it, so I'm a bit fucked with that" referring to the lyrics: 'Moved all the way cause her grandma told her, Townes, better swim before you drown.'
He finishes: "To have been part of a moment that means something to someone enough for them to write a song about it is a huge compliment." It seems Townes made quite an impression on Harry. Not jealous at all.
Talking about 'Carolina' he says he understands how someone can listen to a song and think "that happened, this is about me," saying that he's done the same.
"But what if the lyrics aren't complimentary?" the interviewer jokes. "Let's move on," Harry replies, awkwardly sipping his water. LOL.
When he films his music video and has to have a mould made of his face
We've never been more scared. Just watch it.
