The Spree Festival Paisely 2015

This popular music and arts festival returns to Paisley from the Friday 9th to Saturday 17th October. Book your tickets now.

Once again you can enjoy 9 days of top-quality music, comedy, arts and much more across various venues in at The Spree Festival 2015, Paisley.

The famous specially-erected Spiegeltent will be back in County Square to host the bulk of the action, but Paisley Abbey and Arts Centre will also have plenty going on for every taste.

This year’s headline show sees Idlewild take to the stage in the stunning setting of Paisley Abbey alongside the Royal Scottish National Orchestra on Friday 16 October.

Other highlights include King Creosote and Vic Galloway’s Khartoum Heroes at Spiegeltent on Saturday 17 October, James Yorkston with Karine Polwart at Spiegeltent on Friday 9 October, and Aidan Moffat and Bill Wells at Paisley Arts Centre on Sunday 11 October.

See the special Scottish Album of the Year showcase headlined by SAY Award 2015 winner Kathryn Joseph at Spiegeltent on Thursday 15 October, as well as the two-day ModStuff event run by LNP Promotions celebrating all things Mod-related (various venues on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th October).

Other acts include James Grant, Barbara Dickson and Horse McDonald, while there is also a programme of comedy shows, kids’ events, film, theatre and more.

For one show only Capercaille frontwoman Karen Matheson will be joined by Irish singer-songwriter Cara Dillon in the stunning surroundings of Paisley Abbey on Thursday 15 October, the show starts at 7.45pm. Tickets are on sale NOW!
